We’re happy to assist with returns, but please note: items must be returned with the original hangtag attached. Without the hangtag, we cannot process your return, as it is a key requirement to ensure the product has not been used or worn. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. OUR RETURN POLICY
You can return unwanted items within 14 days. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. After reviewing the return, we will issue a refund based on the payment method you selected. The processing and refund can take up to 7 working days.
ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED
Please make sure that all returned items are unworn/unused and in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you. Please mark as return of goods (all additional fees and charges will be subtracted from the refund).
