Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our warehouse in Germany (EU). Delivery within the EU takes 2 to 5 working days, while shipments outside the EU require 5 to 7 working days, depending on the customs processing times in the destination country.

Returns
You may return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and sellable condition with all original packaging and intact tags. Returns should be initiated via our return process available here.
